Hotel Policies
Unless the following provisions provide to the contrary, the general terms and conditions for the hotel industry in the current version apply (General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry). Subject to change.
- No pets allowed.
- There is a strict no smoking policy inside the hotel. If a guest is found to be smoking a 500 Euro fine will be implemented.
- Up to 90 days free cancellation.
Check-in: On arrival the rooms are available from midday. In case of an arrival after 06.00pm, we kindly ask you to inform us in advance about your approx. arrival time! Please also let us know if you will come by car.
Check-out: till 11.00am
Short Stay
Short stay surcharge plus € 10,- per person per night (up to incl. 3 nights)
Deposit
A reservation is deemed confirmed upon full payment of the deposit and disclosure of the guest’s credit card information. The deposit is due latest 90 days prior arrival and approximate to 40% of the total booking amount.

Cancellation by the Party - Cancellation fee
In case of early departure or cancellation, we reserve the right to charge a cancellation fee.
§ 5.5 of the accommodation contract without payment of a cancellation fee by a unilateral declaration by the He-contractors can be resolved later than 3 months before the agreed date of arrival.
§ 5.6 Outside in § 5.5. specified period, withdrawal by a unilateral declaration of the contractor only subject to the following cancellation fees:
- to 1 month before arrival 40% of the total agreed price;
- 1 week prior to arrival: 70% of the total agreed price;
- in the last week prior to arrival 90% of the total price
- no-shows, delayed arrivals or earlier departures – entire value of the reservation 100%
Travel Insurance
We recommend the conclusion of a travel insurance policy. This insurance would cover the cancellation fee in case of an accident or in case of sickness of the insured or one of his/her family members before the start or during the trip.
Liability for damages
Any damage to the hotel and its inventory caused by the guest or people he/she is responsible for are the responsibility of the guest, regardless of whether or not the damage was caused only through negligence. In case of damage, the guest upon check-out is required to pay a surety for the cost of repair or replacement. The list of damages and their respective surety amounts will be published in the House Rules and Regulations.
